Huge Kitchen Renovation Update Pt. 3
After the floor joists were rebuilt, I insulated the entire space with 15"x48" R30 insulation. Courtesy of my local big-box.
The weekend was used with a helper in getting both the insulation hung as well as the subfloor installed.
Foam board insulation was used to fill gaps in the joists where regular fiberglass insulation (see far left)
The subfloor installed easily, and with little incident (be mindful of where the joists are at)
The end of the day was greatly rewarded :)
