We joke that the laundry room is now part of "the house that pinterest built". Wife totally ripped it from one of her boards.
For the cabinet doors, I used the General Finishes Van Dyke Brown Glaze over General Finishes Antique White Milk Paint, with a coat of Minwax PolyCrylic Topcoat between to allow the glaze to only lightly penetrate the milk paint. This brought out the texture of the Oak, while keeping most of the Antique White color.
The laundry sorter itself is made out of 3/4" Oak plywood, with an open top, and rails for 3 laundry baskets.
I did a shelf on top since my wife cannot reach for a 4th basket.
